Right to Modify the Image

I accept that the image may be altered, stylized, or transformed for reasons related to the game's visual consistency, technical requirements, or aesthetic adjustments.

Campaign Participation Conditions

Participants to be included in the game will be selected by the Good Mood Games team. I acknowledge that I have no right to object to this process and that the results are final and binding.

Data Protection and Communication

I understand and accept that the personal data collected from me during campaign participation will be used solely for communication and verification purposes during the campaign and will not be shared with third parties.

Rights Transfer and Irrevocable Usage Permission

By participating in this campaign, I grant free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, and all-media usage rights for all copies of the visual(s) I submitted under the City Defense Z game and Good Mood Games brand. This permission includes the right to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display my visual(s) for commercial purposes. I explicitly declare that I will never demand royalties, monetary compensation, or any other rights from Good Mood Games for this usage.
